Our Story

The Liven Room idea began after spending years looking for an event venue that could accommodate our immediate family for all of our celebrations. Our only options always seemed to be either restaurants requiring minimum consumption or traditional banquet halls that were way too large for our small gatherings. Neither of these options fit our needs and we began to hear that we weren’t alone.

We started a list of amenities of our ideal event venue and soon the list became too long to not do something about it. Private, furnished, accessible, affordable; is there such a place? The truth is, we couldn’t find it.

Can we build it ourselves? Of course!

  • Two (2) hour initial consultation covering several topics, in detail, regarding the steps of opening an event venue.

    $250

  • For two (2) hours we will scout venue locations that you are interested in to receive transparent feedback on the location.

    *Locations must be within one (1) hour of the Chicagoland area and it’s immediate suburbs. Any additional travel is subject to additional fees.

  • After the initial consultation, we can discuss your progress and address concerns.

    This service is offered on an hourly basis.

    $80/hour
